Rhubarb & Apricot Chutney


A lovely chutney made with Ginger which gives a bit of bite to complement the Rhubarb and Apricot.

Have with a good strong Cheddar Cheese, or my favourite on buttered scones.

Ingredients: Rhubarb, Onion, Sugar, Malt Vinegar (Barley), Water, Apricots, Salt, Ground Ginger, Cayenne Pepper.
